在健康、环保、时尚三大需求的共同推动之下，新蛋白饮食产品在国内外市场逐渐形成新趋势。新蛋白产业（上海）联盟（简称NPIA）总部位于中国上海，以新蛋白产业作为切入点，与全球行业同仁携手推动新蛋白产业的长足发展，并逐步引领并践行传统高蛋白与创新蛋白间的互补之道，不断释放二者互动之下的共同张力与各自特色，扩充中国与全球市场健康营养膳食的选择。与此同时，NPIA聚焦全球新蛋白产业前沿发展与深度资源衔接，注重产业链建设，本土化运作，共建未来蛋白生态，积极为原料、科技、加工及品牌端提供交流互动平台，并加大环境友好、低碳食品资源开发与集结，从而提升企业竞争力与影响力。可以说中国未来蛋白产业发展所需就是NPIA追求与精进的方向。

《激发中国新蛋白潜力》暨第一届新蛋白产业峰会由光明国际，新蛋白产业（上海）联盟和上海商情信息中心共同举办。我们荣幸地能汇聚到国内外食品行业龙头企业，国内素食生产企业，创新蛋白饮食的新锐企业和品牌，行业专家，食品研发和科技，投融资机构，各大渠道，中国相关职能单位，国内外相关机构等一起分享不同视角和经验，推动中国与全球创新蛋白产业进一步发展。

ABOUT THE SUMMIT

Seen as healthy, ecological and trendy, new protein food and beverage products began to appear in China in 2020 from oat drinks to plant-based burgers to coconut yogurt. Based in China, NPIA is a global alliance that powers the whole new protein supply ecosystem for enriching the choice of healthy and balanced human diet in China and globally. Our ecosystem is inclusive as through the creation of a synergistic hybrid between traditional and innovative dietary proteins, forging complementary cohesion to shape the future of the protein industry and ecological sustainability. 

NPIA is assembling food industry leaders, new protein manufacturers and brands, local vegetarian food manufacturers, distribution channels, ingredient suppliers, food R&D, investment firms, regulators, international government and business organizations, and more future food industry stakeholders on December 22nd for the first New Protein Industry Summit. The summit will give industry leaders from different arenas a platform to share their perspectives and offer advice on the current state and prospect of new protein products gaining market share from the extremely competitive food market in China and abroad, laying a clear and effective pathway forward for the new protein industry to grow.
